Ideas to make yourself far from illness and to stay fit both  mentally and physically .


As now a day health cases are at their rise . we need to know our health requirement and it efficiency . we need to know some tips to maintain our health , that is much and more important . i am going to give you some tips according to experience . That I am also following from last one year . we must know some tips for our health .  

1 . Do physical and mental exercise in the morning first : as like yoga (kapalbharti , suryanamaskar ) ,and exercise like stretching , jumping and many more . because this make your start of day very active and enthusiastic .it is the first priority everyone should focus on .


2. Take one glass banana shake in the morning breakfast : Banana consumes make nutrition that is healthy for us and it also help in body structure . This recommendation is because this fruit have nutrition .

3 .Walk sometime after dinner on roof or street :  we mostly go directly to bed that we should never do , we should walk at least 5 minute after dinner that also help us to digest food .

4 . Never take  excessive medicine without any serious disease condition : medicines are never good for health they are health if take at a daily basis without any serious condition  , because they contain mostly drugs . So I would say  not have medicine without doctor advice or a serious disease .


 5 . never become lazy or weak in condition of fever :  we should never become lazy in condition of fever , we should keep doing our daily work but less . 
because laying on bed every-times makes more  effective of illness . fever is that disease that if we become lazy so it increase automatically . so keep doing work and don't rest all time on bed .


Please take care of your all in this critical pandemic condition of COVID-19 and stay safe and secure . Please follow these guidelines .for better health in every situation .

The health is the only for that we live if our health we seems happy , if we our fit we make full efficiency in work . so guys keep health healthy and give your first priority to the health .
